Abstract

It is often said of today’s managers that they pay too little attention to content; that they only see the form, that is, the organization and procedures. It is said that they do not pay attention to what is actually being done but rather only think about how things are done, or they don’t even think at all, instead simply insisting that things come out in a way one could only wish for. Thus, in the Lean Brain sense, managers are already paring themselves down, like role models for the new age.
