Zusammenfassung

Die in diesem Kapitel besprochenen Entitäten treten klinisch als lokalisierte Tumoren in Erscheinung. Sie besitzen histologische Eigenschaften reaktiver und gleichermaßen neoplastischer Erkrankungen. Basierend auf dem international akzeptierten Konzept der Nicht-Existenz gutartiger Lymphome werden diese ätiologisch meist unklaren gutartigen oder protrahiert verlaufenden Lymphadenopathien zusammengefasst und detailliert besprochen. Im Einzelnen zählen hierzu die pathologische follikuläre Hyperplasie, das angio-myomatöse Hamartom des Lymphknotens, die verschiedenen Formen und Verläufe des M. Castleman, des M. Kimura und der inflammatorische Pseudotumor des Lymphknotens.
