Zusammenfassung

Blasensteine sind für den Patienten meist symptomlos. Selten treten eine rezidivierende Makrohämaturie oder eine Unterbrechung des Harnstrahls durch Ventilwirkung des Steins auf. Meist domiert jedoch die Symptomatik der fast immer gleichzeitig bestehenden subvesikalen Obstruktion durch die Prostata. Ausnahmen können Infektsteine bilden [1].
