Zusammenfassung

Neuropathien gibt es bei zahlreichen verschiedenartigen peripheren Gefäßerkrankungen. Die Nervenfaserschäden sind dabei vermutlich ischämisch bedingt durch Verschlüsse großer Arterien bei Arteriosklerose, Embolien und Vaskulitiden, z. B. Panarteriitis nodosa oder Thrombangiitis obliterans (Winiwarter-Buerger), Kompressionen (z. B. Traumen, Tumoren, Tourniquets) oder Kompartmentsyndrome (z. B. Tibialis-anterior-Syndrom). Zu differenzieren sind außerdem: rheumatoide Arthritis, systemischer Lupus erythematodes, progressive systemische Sklerose, Sjögren-Syndrom, Wegener-Granulomatose, Szésary-Syndrom u. a.
