Zusammenfassung

Für die Beurteilung einer Läsion spielt neben den B-Bild-sonographischen Merkmalen die Art der Gefäßversorgung eine große differenzialdiagnostische Rolle. Im Ultraschall werden diesbezüglich die etablierte Farbdopplersonographie (FDS) und neuerdings auch die kontrastunterstützte Sonographie (KUS) eingesetzt.
