Zusammenfassung

Hautweichteildefekte der unteren Extremität stellen unverändert eine plastisch-chirurgische Herausforderung dar. In der Vergangenheit galt der Perfektionierung von Frakturstabilisierungstechniken bei komplexen Extremitätenverletzungen das Hauptaugenmerk. Mittlerweile hat die Rekonstruktion des Haut-Weichteil-Mantels die ihr gebührende Aufmerksamkeit eingefordert.
