Abstract
Cooperations are gaining more and more importance in the field of supply chain management due to highly complex supply network structures. Therefore, it is not sufficient to plan operations in terms of isolated decision making. The benefit of cooperation is extensively discussed in the literature. While examining cooperations, many decision problems arise; e.g., choosing the right partners, evaluating the success of a cooperation, allocating costs and profits among the partners. The last topic, in particular, is of great importance because a right allocation assures stability and fairness in a cooperation.
