Zusammenfassaug

Während das Konzept des Geschäftsmodells in den letzten zehn Jahren zunehmend mehr Beachtung seitens der Forschung und der Wirtschaft erhalten hat, fokussieren sich die meisten Beiträge in diesem Feld doch nur auf Möglichkeiten der Geschäftsmodell-Konfiguration und potenzielle Beziehungen zur Performance. Ein Forschungsstrang, der dagegen bisher weniger Beachtung fand, ist die Identifizierung von Faktoren, die die Wahl des Geschäftsmodells beeinflussen. Der folgende Beitrag wirft Licht auf diese Fragestellung und verwendet als Anschauungsbeispiel aktuelle Geschäftsmodelle aus der Biotech-Industrie.
