Zusammenfassaug
Geschäftsmodelle sind zu allererst darauf ausgerichtet, ein Leistungskonzept (Value Proposition) zu definieren. Dabei geht es wesentlich darum, Kundenbedürfnisse zu erfassen und Kundenbeziehungen zu gestalten. Kunden sind aber für Unternehmen weit mehr als Konsumenten. Sie können als Quelle für Innovationen einen wesentlichen Erfolgsfaktor in der Produktentwicklung darstellen. Das Stichwort „Prosument“ bringt dieses Konzept, das in der Wissenschaft häufig als „Open Innovation“ bezeichnet wird, auf den Punkt. Moderne Informations- und Kommunikationstechnologien, wie zum Beispiel das Internet, können dazu beitragen, diesen gemeinsamen Prozess der Wertschöpfung effektiver und effizienter zu gestalten. Einen möglichen, völlig neuen Ansatz stellt dabei die Nutzung von internetbasierten 3D-Welten dar. Wir zeigen in unserem Beitrag auf, welches Potenzial solche Welten für die Gestaltung der Beziehung zwischen Unternehmen und Kunde bieten können, und geben Hinweise zum Ablauf solcher Projekte.
