Zusammenfassung
Das basale diagnostische Management für die CIN bzw. SIL aller Schweregrade besteht nach wie vor in der qualifizierten Kombination von obligatorischer Kolposkopie und Zytologie sowie fakultativer Histologie. Dadurch können die nicht behandlungsbedürftigen CIN I (LSIL) sowie die Mehrzahl der sogenannten ASCUS/AGUS Fälle primär ausgeschieden werden.
