Abstract

Auto-Disturbance-Rejection-Controller (ADRC) with synthesis tuning algorithm is designed for main steam pressure of Circulation fluidized bed boiler (CFBB). There are 8 parameters in ADRC, so auto-tuning algorithm is necessary. The synthesis tuning algorithm in this paper includes NSGA_II algorithm for Extended State Observer (ESO) and Levenberg-Marqudart algorithm for Nonlinear Feedback (NLF). Tuning of TD is according to set transient time. Mathematic simulation with disturbance shows satisfactory disturbance-rejection character, and simulation with different load shows satisfactory robustness of ADRC.
