Zusammenfassung
Das Kick-Off-Meeting von Theresas erstem Projekt stand vor der Tür. Sie nahm sich vor, alles so gut wie möglich zu machen. Sie hatte als Projektmitarbeiterin diejenigen Kick-Off-Meetings als besonders gut erlebt, die von externen Moderatoren gestaltet wurden. So will ich es auch machen, sagte sie sich und beauftragte einen Moderator mit der Vorbereitung.
