Abstract
This paper dissertated the significance and developing objective of the Equipment Overhaul Management System (EOMS), with analyzing the realistic problems in equipment overhaul management of People’s Liberation Army (PLA). It demonstrated the system design framework from the aspects of system function, business flow and system construction. EOMS was developed on Visual C#.NET, with information technologies and equipments such as RFID and GPS. EOMS can supervise the execution of overhaul scheme and the employment of overhaul budget effectively.
This work is partially supported by Scientific Research and Reformation Funds on Equipment Maintenance of PLA to M. Li.
