Abstract

This paper studies the key techniques and methods of active emergency mapping service, which focuses on describing the statistical classification of map data management, statistical graphics templates design and knowledge management, etc., which were for detailed mapping of knowledge and analysis, general knowledge and professional knowledge in mapping the role of emergency mapping service.
