Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, this paper established an evaluation index system about traffic guide signs’ effectiveness to drivers. Expert scoring method was used to calculate every index level weights, and made an example for the application of indicators system.
