Abstract
In term of spares demanded and shared with different lifetime distributions, using the simulation method, simulation model of spares demanded and shared are build. Simulation model of spares demanded solves the problem of demand quantity of spare parts with non-exponent distribution of lifetime distribution, comparing with the tradition mathematics analytical model more simple; simulation model of spares shared solves the problem of demand quantity of spares shared with different lifetime distributions. At the same time the model solves the problem of demand quantity of spares of serial system with different types of parts. The work expands the range of calculating demand quantity of spares. Finally, the results of computer simulation and analytical method validate its effectiveness and correctness.
