Abstract

Network teaching evaluation system(NTES) is an important part in education administration of university. To design and develop this system, the characteristics of teaching evaluation system are completely considerable. This paper proposed a NTES based on flexible technology. It is flexible, compatible, sharing, secure, reliable, maintainable easily and scalable. These help NTES improve efficiency and reduce error rates distinctly.
