Zusammenfassung

Die wichtigsten Ziele des respiratorischen Monitorings sind die Optimierung der Atem- und Beatmungstherapie sowie die Prävention oder frühzeitige Erkennung beatmungsassoziierter oder -bedingter Komplikationen. Die Überwachung der Beatmung erfolgt klinisch durch Geräte und Laboranalysen.
