Abstract

The international ports market needs innovative and modern legislative solutions in order to increase efficiency1 through implementation of European Union competition principles and, particularly, to guarantee complete conformity with the rule of separation between port infrastructures management and services supply. Many legislative changes are therefore needed to clearly specify the content of the law in order to completely satisfy European principles.
