Zusammenfassung
Das kongruente talokruale Gelenk lässt sich arthroskopisch nicht leicht einsehen. Die konvexe Trochlea tali erschwert den Übergang vom vorderen ins hintere Gelenkkompartiment. Der Schwierigkeitsgrad einer Sprunggelenkarthroskopie hängt jedoch erheblich von der Bandführung ab.
