Zusammenfassung

Ein operatives Vorgehen bei degenerativen Veränderungen des Kniegelenkes – hier insbesondere der alloplastische Ersatz – steht immer erst am Ende der Behandlungskette, dann wenn die konservativen Behandlungsstrategien ausgeschöpft sind. Hier gilt es neben medikamentösen Maßnahmen vor allem physikalische, bewegungstherapeutische und auch (apparativ-)technische Strategien zu berücksichtigen.
