Abstract

This paper major research the financing activity of China’s medium commercial banks, analyze the data of 8 listed medium commercial Banks, check the result with the peaking order theory, draw the characteristics of medium commercial bank financing activity, analyze the reasons for these characteristics and point out the solution.
