Abstract

The paper is inspired by developments of fractional calculus in different areas of science in recent years. The article shows simulation and laboratory studies on accelerometers applied in telematics (indicator devices, telecommunications equipment, driving profile monitoring, sensory telematics, etc.), which were modelled with fractional calculus. Measurement errors and comparison of classical and fractional models in terms of dynamic properties were examined.
