Zusammenfassung
Verfahren zur Behandlung von Krankheitsbildern im Bereich der Kleinzehen finden Berücksichtigung. Sowohl Weichteileingriffe als auch knöcherne Operationsmethoden werden angeführt. Erstere beinhalten unter anderem das Release des Metatarsophalangealgelenks mit Berücksichtigung von Strecksehnen, dorsaler Gelenkkapsel und Kollateralbänder. Zudem werden direkte Rekonstruktionsverfahren der plantaren Platte und der Flexor-pro-Extensor-Transfer besprochen. Knöcherne Eingriffe am proximalen und distalen Interphalangealgelenk im Sinne von Arthrodesen oder Resektionsarthroplastiken werden ebenfalls dargestellt. Abschließend wird die operative Therapie der Syndaktylie illustriert.
