Zusammenfassung
Sehnenverletzungen im Kindesalter müssen durch dezidierte Untersuchung ausgeschlossen und können leicht übersehen werden. Primäre Sehnendurchtrennungen müssen mit etablierten Nahttechniken versorgt werden, wobei die Nachbehandlung bei Kleinkindern gegenüber älteren Kinder modifiziert werden muss. Auch sekundäre Sehnenrekonstruktionen müssen schon im Kindesalter durchgeführt werden, um die Funktion zu erhalten.
