Abstract
We shall now discuss an extension of the minimization problem (5.1) into the combined trip distribution and assignment problem. In doing this we shall not distinguish between different modes. Our presentation follows closely Erlander (1977b). (See also Tomlin, 1971, Erlander-Schéele, 1974).
