Zusammenfassung

Aus einem Kollektiv von 491 intrakraniellen Aneurysmen wurden bei 52 Fällen ausschließlich ophthalmologische Symptome festgestellt. Die Lokalisation und die Klinik wird anhand der Literatur diskutiert. Es überwiegen die Schädigungen des Nervus oculomotorius, gefolgt von den Opticusschädigungen in Form von Gesichtsfeldeinschränkungen. Weitere klinische Erscheinungen und die diagnostische Problematik der nichtblutenden Hirnbasisaneurysmen werden dargestellt.
