Zusammenfassung

Die allgemeinen Grundregeln innerhalb der Anaesthesie gelten selbstverständlich auch für die Neurochirurgie. Die Prinzipien betreffs Prämedikation, Kenntnis der Narkosestadien, sorgfältiger Überwachung und Kontrolle von Blutdruck, Puls und Atmung sind die gleichen. Dasselbe gilt für die Führung eines Anaesthesiejournals, Vermeiden jeder Hypoxie und Kohlendioxydretention sowie entsprechender Flüssigkeitstherapie während der Operation, wirkungsvolle Wiederbelebungsmaßnahmen und rasches Aufwachen aus der Narkose.
