Ein 20-jähriger Patient wird am 1.11. 2000 mit massiver Dyspnoe, atemabhängigen Schmerzen sowie Fieber bis 39°C (axillär) auf die internistische Station eines städtischen Krankenhauses aufgenommen. Der Patient berichtet über sehr zähen, weißlich-gelblichen Auswurf seit mehreren Tagen.
