Voraussetzung für eine optimale Reposition ist eine suffiziente Schmerzausschaltung. Hierfür stehen die lokale Bruchspaltanästhesie, die Leitungsanästhesie in Form des subaxillären Plexus sowie die Allgemeinnarkose zur Verfügung.
