Zusammenfassung
Der Zustand und die Entwicklung des deutschen Arbeitsmarktes weisen erhebliche Defizite auf. Die standardisierte Arbeitslosenquote liegt deutlich über dem OECD-Durchschnitt, auch der Anteil der Langzeitarbeitslosen sowie die Arbeitslosenquote der gering qualifizierten und der älteren Arbeitnehmer bewegen sich am oberen Ende des Vergleichsfeldes. Dagegen nimmt Deutschland bei der Beschäftigungsdynamik einen hinteren Rang ein.
