Abstract
In addition to differences in frequencies, other parameters, for example, wavenumber or velocity, can be used to separate signal and noise. For processes that are dependent on two variables, differences between the signal and noise in the two variables, for example, frequency and wavenumber content, can be simultaneously employed to amplify the signal relative to the noise.
