Lupus erythematodes tumidus: Analyse von 40 Patienten

Zusammenfassung

Der Lupus erythematodes tumidus (LET) ist eine seltene Variante des chronisch kutanen Lupus erythematodes (CCLE) und wurde 1930 von Gougerot et al. erstmals beschrieben [8]. Die differentialdiagnostische Abgrenzung des LET von der polymorphen Lichtdermatose, der lymphozytischen Infiltration JessnerKanof, der retikulären erythematösen Muzinöse und dem Pseudolymphom kann außerordentlich schwierig sein, so daß Fehl- und Spätdiagnosen entstehen [2],[3],[9], [20],[26]. Eine Analyse, die von 1984 bis 1999 anhand von 40 Patienten mit LET durchgeführt wurde, ermöglicht es erstmals, klinische, histologische und photobiologische Kriterien zur Sicherung der Diagnose dieses Krankheitsbildes aufzustellen.
