Zusammenfassung

Der Einfluß von Interleukin-2 (Il-2) auf die Proliferation und Apoptose von Lymphozyten im peripheren Blut und in Lymphknoten wurde im Rahmen der wiederholten subkutanen Applikation von IL-2 (9 Mio. JE für jeweils 5 Tage) und hochaktiver antiretroviraler Therapie (HAART) untersucht.
