Ein Ventrikelseptumdefekt nach Myokardinfarkt ist ein seltenes Ereignis. Sein Auftreten ist prognostisch äußerst ungünstig, da der Spontanverlauf und die operative Therapie mit einer sehr hohen Mortalitätsrate einhergehen.
