Zusammenfassung
Zusätzlich zu den klassischen Informationen, die Nutzern in verschiedenen Anwendungen zur informationstechnischen Unterstützung zur Verfügung gestellt werden, kommen in einem CSCW-System weitere, groupwarespezifische Informationen hinzu. Um sowohl die Gefahr der Informationsüberflutung als auch Datenschutzaspekte zu berücksichtigen, wird in diesem Beitrag der Forderung nach Anpassungen in Goupware nachgegangen und ein Lösungsansatz zur Konfiguration des Informationsdienstes durch Regelmengen aufgezeigt.
Abstract
In addition to the information which is supplied to the user in ordinary multiuser applications, CSCW systems contribute new groupware specific information. To counter the threat of information overload as well as to address security issues our paper introduces a rule based approach, follwoing the groupware requirement of tailorability.
