Zusammenfassung
Bei der Autopsie wird das Felsenbein nach zunächst scharfer Durchtrennung der in den Meatus acusticus internus einziehenden Nerven mit einer oszillierenden Zylindersäge, als Aufsatz auf eine Stryker-Säge, herausgestanzt oder aber das Os temporale mit einer oszillierenden Säge von der Schädelbasis und dem aufsteigendem Schläfenbein einschließlich bedeckender Dura and Sinus sigmoideus entnommen. Nur so ist es möglich die Einheit des Felsenbeines mit dem zugehörigen Saccus endolympathicus zu erhalten (Abb. 3.1).
