Zusammenfassung

Die Behandlung von hämophilen Arthropathien ist trotz der Möglichkeiten moderner orthopädischer Chirurgie nicht immer befriedigend, da nicht alle Patienten (nach konservativer Therapieresistenz) operativen Maβnahmen zugeführt werden können. Deswegen ergibt sich die Notwendigkeit, weniger invasive Therapien gerade für die oben beschriebenen Patienten zu überprüfen.
