Zusammenfassung

Noch heute beträgt die Letalität der akuten intestinalen Ischämie über 60% [1]. Die Auswirkungen der intestinalen Ischämie betreffen jedoch auch entfernte Organsysteme bis hin zum Multiorganversagen. In der vorliegenden Studie sollen die pathophysiologischen Auswirkungen der intestinalen Ischämie und Reperfusion (I/R) auf die Mikrozirkulation und die Exkretionsfunktion der Leber am Ratten-modell untersucht werden.
