Zusammenfassung

Die Schwangerschaft führt bei einer unbehandelten Diabetikerin zu Stoffwechselstörungen, deren Einfluß sich ungünstig auf die Symbiose zwischen Foetus und Mutter und auf die Entwicklung des Konzeptionsproduktes auswirkt. Die Insulinbehandlung stellt die Homöostase des Kohlenhydratstoffwechsel wieder her, sichert das Überleben der Frau und verbessert die Aussichten des Foeten.
