Zusammenfassung

Bedingt durch Mikroben aller Art. Sofortnachweis des Erregers durch Ausstrich (Mikroskop) und Abstrich (Mikrobenkultur) versuchen! Antibiotische Therapie sofort beginnen, d.h. noch bevor das Ergebnis der Mikrobenkultur vorliegt. Therapie evtl. später nach Mikröbenkultur und Antibiogramm korrigieren. Unter therapeutischen Aspekten werden als Mikroben Bakterien (grampositive und gramnegative Kokken, grampositive und gramnegative Stäbchen, säurefeste Stäbchen, Spirochäten, Chlamydien, Mykoplasmen und Rickettsien), Viren (DNS- und RNS-Viren) sowie Pilze verstanden.
