Abstract
At the suggestion of Professor Suzuki we have been working this year on the technique of preserving the olfactory nerve in all our operative procedures in the anterior cranial fossa. Our experiences confirm the results of Professor Suzuki. As an example I would like to demonstrate the following patients, in whom the preoperatively intact sense of smell remained preserved postoperatively.
