Zusammenfassung
Es gibt ausreichend Hinweise in der langjährigen Erfahrung mit der Epiduralanaesthesie in der Geburtshilfe, die uns überzeugen, daß wir keinen negativen Einfluß auf Uterus und Foetus befürchten müssen. Voraussetzung ist die Kenntnis der pharmakodynamischen und physiologischen Wirkungsmechanismen und die Reduktion möglicher negativer Nebenwirkungen.
