Zusammenfassung
Das gehäufte Auftreten von Autoantikörpern sowohl bei Patienten mit chronisch aggressiver Hepatitis (CAH) als auch bei deren Verwandten [5,10,11] ist Hinweis für eine genetische Disposition. Die beobachtete Korrelation zwischen dem Histokompatibilitätsantigen HLA-B8 und CAH spricht dafür, daß ein auf dem Chromosom Nr. 6 zu lokalisierender genetischer Faktor bei dieser Form der chronischen Lebererkrankung eine Rolle spielt [4, 7, 8].
