Zusammenfassung
Bei der Immunantwort spielen drei Subpopulationen von T-Zellen eine wichtige Rolle: Helferzellen, Effektorzellen und Suppressorzellen. Es gibt Antigen-spezifische und Idiotyp-spezifische Suppressorzellen. In diesem Kapitel werden wir beschreiben, wie man Suppressor-T-Zellen induzieren kann. Außerdem werden wir Hinweise für die Existenz eines Rückkopplungsmechanismus diskutieren, an dem die Suppressorzellen beteiligt sind.
