Zusammenfassung
Im letzten Kapitel haben wir die Mendelsche Unabhängigkeitsregel besprochen. Kurz zusammengefaßt bedeutet sie folgendes: Kreuzt man ein Individuum, das zwei rezessive ungekoppelte Allele trägt, mit einem anderen Individuum gleichen Genotyps (z.B. AaBb × AaBb), so spalten die Phänotypen der Nachkommen im Verhältnis 9 AB : 3 Ab : 3 aB : 1 ab. Bei der Rückkreuzung AaBb × aabb erhält man eine Aufspaltung der Phänotypen der Nachkommen von 1 AB : 1 Ab : 1 aB : 1 ab. Die Rückkreuzung ist daher eine Methode zur Unterscheidung von Kopplung oder Nichtkopplung zweier Gene. Falls die Werte signifikant von der l:l:l:l-Aufspaltung abweichen, so daß zu viele Parentaltypen oder zu wenige Rekombinanten entstehen, dann müßte man die beiden untersuchten Gene als gekoppelt ansehen (Abb. 14.1).
