Zusammenfassung

Der Magen sowie hormonproduzierende Zellen der Darmschleimhaut kommen bei jeder Nahrungsaufnahme mit Antigenen in Kontakt. Ziel der vorliegenden Untersuchungen war zu zeigen, ob im Magen immunologisch vermittelte Reaktionen bzw. Hormonfreisetzung vorkommen.
