Zusammenfassung

Leberfunktionsstörungen nach Lebertransplantationen sind oft schwer zu differenzieren und nicht eindeutig einer bestimmten Ursache zuzuordnen. Die Kenntnisse über typische Abstoßungsmuster sind noch unzureichend, und morphologische Zeichen sind selten pathognomonisch (1).
