Abstract
Partizipative Systemgestaltung kann in unterschiedlichen Formen auftreten. Diese Arbeit bringt eine Klassifikation von Partizipationsformen und berichtet über die Mitarbeit der Autoren bei der partizipativen Konzeption von Informationssystemen in zwei unterschiedlichen Unternehmungen. Die Folgerungen aus den Gemeinsamkeiten und Gegensätzen dieser Projekte sind in thesenhafter Form zusammengefaßt.
