Zusammenfassung

Einerseits haben wir heute hochwirksame sichere Mononarkotika zur Verfügung, andererseits wird in der Praxis die Kombinationsnarkose Enfluran-Fentanyl mehr oder weniger häufig angewandt. Ist die Kombination zweier hochpotenter Narkotika sinnvoll, sicher und nützlich oder verbirgt sich hinter ihr nur die Unsicherheit des Anästhesisten, ein Mononarkotikum ausreichend beherrschen zu können?
